Social Anxiety Disorder Treatment – Little Known Techniques That Are Totally Drug Free

December 4th, 2009 by admin

panic attack treatment

Panic attack cure. You might be wondering if one exists. A way of stopping them without the use of drugs

Yes, without the use of drugs these attacks can be stopped. It’s not exactly a “cure” but as near as you will get. You don’t get to take a spoon full of medicine and it’s miraculously cured. But you do get to stop them for good.

I suffered panic & anxiety attacks for a few years after a bad motorcycle spill. I used every possible drug to stop them. I got very little benefit but worse was that I knew any benefit I did get would cease when I came off the drugs.

This is the bad thing about drugs and panic attacks. If you even do get some benefit, it’s lost when you stop the drugs. And no doctor worth their salt will want to keep you on prolonged medication.

At some point in the near future your reliance on medication will have to stop. And you end up back where you started all those months ago. The attacks can be worse if you know they are just around the corner waiting to pounce.

In an ideal world a treatment for social anxiety disorders without drugs would be readily available. I can tell you that this treatment does exist and I use it regularly. I control my anxiety attacks, they don’t control me.

I was once stuck in a hole just waiting for the next random attack. Well, not so much random with me because I know what triggers my attacks. If I’m in a crowd of anything more than about three or four people. That will trigger an attack.

It got so bad with me I would run for my life if I got near a small group of people. I realised (in my mind) how stupid I was being. No matter, when I felt the panic rise, I was off like a jack rabbit.

I did a lot of searching for a long time, hopefully for a miracle cure to stop these attacks. It was worth the wait, oh yes was it worth the wait. Strangely though none of the doctors I saw mentioned a treatment like this.

You can continue to take all manner of medication and pray something works. Or discover what I do every time I feel that little twinge of anxiety. I simply brush it aside and get on with my day.

social anxiety treatment

Are you someone who should test for panic symptoms? Well, if you are experiencing any strange symptoms you might. You might already be having anxiety problems, or are about to.

One of the key symptoms to panic disorders is shortness of breath & a heart beating almost out of control. Test yourself for panic symptoms if those things sound familiar. Chances are you are going to be fine, but best to be sure.

If you are wondering what exactly is an anxiety symptoms test. It’s a series of questions where you simply tick yes or no. Total your score, then read and follow the advice.

There’s a simple test at this site * Click to test for panic symptoms *

There are quite a lot of small symptoms that you may never notice. Add a few together though and they may spell trouble in the form of anxiety or panic attacks. The “attack” in panic attack could cover everything from the hardly noticed to the full on panic attacks.

As an example you might find it hard to sleep at night. There may be nothing more behind this and it may pass. But it may not be. It could be the start of something worse.

Do you tend to worry more than others? The fact is, everybody worries. It’s quite natural. But when the worrying starts to dominate your life, that’s when the anxiety disorder danger signs are showing.

Many smaller symptoms can be totally harmless to you. It’s when they all start coming together that the panic and anxiety attacks can start. That’s when the trouble really starts as it will be hard to break the cycle.

You could do worse than taking a few moments to test yourself for panic symptoms. And if you think you may be on the verge of being an anxiety attack victim. Or even if you already suffer panic or anxiety attacks, follow the advice after the test and get some help.

Be assured though that you can beat this anxiety cycle without the use of drugs. There are methods to be learnt that allow you to control the attacks, not the other way round.

Social Anxiety Cure – Is A Medication Free Cure Possible?

November 29th, 2009 by admin

social anxiety treatment

Social anxiety cure. Is there such a thing you may ask? A drug free way to stop them.

Well I can tell you from personal experience that there is a “cure” that doesn’t use drugs. Although the word “cure” isn’t totally right. It’s not a magical pill but it will show you how to stop the attacks for good.

I suffered panic & anxiety attacks for a few years after a bad motorcycle spill. I tried all sorts of drugs to keep them at bay. I didn’t see any benefit from the drugs but I knew anyway that any help they gave me would stop when I stopped the drugs.

There’s the big problem with medication for anxiety disorders. You can’t take medication for ever so any help you get from them will eventually be lost. Any decent doctor won’t let you take drugs for any length of time.

You simply have to stop taking the drugs at some point. And that’s when the attacks will be back. You know they are coming back with a vengeance and this can make them all the worse.

Wouldn’t the best all round solution be a drug free social anxiety treatment of some sort? I can give you hope now because I know there is one, I use it! I’ve taken back control.

I used to get anxious just waiting for the next random anxiety attack. Well, not so much random with me because I know what triggers my attacks. Crowds are what trigger an attack for me. Only has to be three or more people and bang!

I would run like hell if I got near a small group of people. Yet in the back of my mind I knew how stupid that actually was. No matter, when I felt the panic rise, I was off like a jack rabbit.

I did an awful lot of research and spent what seemed like a life time trying to find a permanent cure. I don’t mind telling you it was well worth the wait. Sadly none of the medical professionals I saw had any knowledge of the “cure” I found.

You can continue to take all manner of medication and pray something works. Or discover what I do every time I feel that little twinge of anxiety. I simply put what I learned into action and kill it dead in its tracks.
